Refund policy

At Shakti Tulum, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products. We understand that sometimes, you may need to exchange a product for a different size or color. Therefore, we do allow product exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused and in its original packaging.

To request an exchange, please send an email to info@shaktitulum.mx with your order number, the reason for the exchange, and an image of the product in question. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with further instructions.

Please note that we do not accept returns and, in general, do not offer refunds. However, if for any reason we do not have the product available, we offer a full refund within 30 days. We only allow exchanges for unused products within the specified time frame. Any shipping costs associated with the exchange will be borne by the customer.
